hi there!  my name is meghan and i am from the southwest suburbs of chicago. i am an iowa state university graduate with a BFA in interior design, and i currently work full time at an architecture firm in the sweet city of chicago.  i have the sweetest boyfriend who recently served 5 years in the united states marine corps. we didn't get to see each other much, but now that he's home, we make the most of it. ever since middle school i have always loved to take photos. i am always looking for new locations, brainstorming new ideas and finding myself spending hours upon hours editing content for you all to see.  i love to capture the sweetest moments that people wish could last forever.  the best part about this fun little job is getting to know my clients and creating long lasting friendships.

when i am not taking photos, you can find me thrifting, reading a book, ordering a blizzard at dairy queen, or playing with my sweet dogo, mylo.  he is the sweetest little bernedoodle - he looks like a mini bernese mountain dog.  my dad always says I was born in the wrong time.  i am a sucker for anything vintage, antique, or retro, pretty much anything that is out of style.  i would do anything to go back to the 50's and hear dean martin or frank sinatra sing live at a club in chicago or new york city.  I adore that old time feel, whether that is through music, film, or nic nacs.
