Artist, Photographer, Dreamer, Podcaster and the girl who brings all the cozy vibes into your monday morning headphones. You can call me Leah, or your new BFF. I’m the girl you go to when you have a chocolate bar in one hand and a glass of medium-bodied Pinot Noir in the other. The hype-girl that gets you right back on track with your professional goals while encouraging a balance of ease and excitement in your personal life. After too many undocumented girl chats, Meghan and I decided it was time to press record and invite you into our conversations as we navigate our own careers as two young creative professionals in our early 20’s. The Made to Last podcast seemed like the perfect way to reach you STAT so you can join in on a collection of uplifting episodes that keep you focused on your dreams and get you through this crazy thing called entrepreneurship (and womanhood..let’s be honest).
Meet Meg! Born and raised in the burbs of sweet home Chicago. A lover all things retro and vintage, she’s known as the girl who always has some type of film camera on her, or is eager to walk into a thrift store. With a BFA in Interior Design, Meg is an Iowa State Alum - roll clones! - and makes her daily commute to the city working as a designer for an architecture firm. But, the hustle doesn’t stop on weekends as she continues to grow her photography business, Simply Sweet Shutters, and of course work on the pod with sweet ol’ Leah
